Relax In Our Two Hot Tubs
Everyone loves to relax and what better way, rain or shine, than in one of our welcoming hot tubs all year round. For hot sunny days why not take a dip in the outside tub and enjoy the fresh air whilst being under cover on the decking. In winter they keep you warm and toasty no matter what the weather!

When it’s not so sunny, keep the breeze away in our cosy wooden summer house whilst being up to your shoulders in the second of our hot tubs.

View Our Garden Activities
For those guests that are a little more active, we have equipped part of our lawned area with a couple of children sized football nets. For everyone else’s use we have a badminton court with raquets and shuttlecocks.

For those who just want to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet we have wooden benches and tables and chairs on the stone flagged patio area.
Enjoy The Jungle Bar
The Jungle bar has been installed for your liquid refreshment pleasure. Take it in turns to be the host/ess behind the bar or just help yourselves to the freshly chilled, personal refreshments from the fridge. There is a constant supply of ice thanks to our ice cube making machine.

You can find The Jungle Bar on the ground floor Annex, right next to the Party Room that has Kareoke and an all time favorite, the pole dancing Pole!

Most of these are only a walk or short drive away. We hope you will enjoy exploring the tranquil countryside as much as we enjoy having you visit Hazlehead House.
local reservoir walks
Langsett Reservoir – 3.4 miles away
The reservoir itself is quite large with a surfaced path around the north side and trails along the south side which take you through mature conifer woods.
Underbank Reservoir – 3.2 miles away
This is a gorgeous walk that takes just under an hour around the reservoir. There’s also a lovely pub called ‘Ye Olde Mustard Pot’ that does a mouthwatering Sunday roast.
Winscar Reservoir – 4.8 miles away
This is a great little place to just chill out, admiring the view or take a little stroll.
There are two ways to gain access to the reservoir.
First is via Windle Edge, taking the entrance to the Pennine Sailing Club. As you drive down the road there is a car park to the left prior, to going through the gates for the sailing club.
The best entrance is from Dunford Road. The entrance is sign posted by Yorkshire water, who own the land.
The car park there is for a single row of cars, which allows you to face towards the reservoir, ensuring everyone who visits by car can have a splendid view of the Winscar Reservoir and the wildlife, no matter the weather.
